Office Refurbishment in Windsor
The team was tasked with the replacement of old air-conditioning units and the refurbishment of the existing ventilation to give the building another 20 years of operational life.
As part of the work, the refurbishment had to take place while existing tenants remained in occupation. The alteration works had to be planned so the the internal works were done over several weeks during in the evenings and weekends. Each night the property had to be left clean and tidy so that the staff would be able to work without disruption.
Many of the air conditioning units were located within the false ceiling above peoples desks, the team cam up with clever solutions to ensure the staff were not impacted. In many instances staff had not realised the work had even taken place the night before.
