SEA Consulting were instructed by the landlord to carry out an EPC on Nuffield Health Health and Fitness Centre in Surbiton, London.
The 62,000 sq ft listed property was previously a Victorian water pumping station. Many of the original features had been kept in the property, making the complex site survey much more enjoyable.
In order to create the 3D model of the building required to produce the EPC, a full day on site was needed to measure up the building and gather all the relevant details. The building also had multiple and complex HVAC systems installed, our MEP engineering background ensured we had the necessary skill set to understand how they operated.
