SEA Consulting were instructed to carry out an MEP acquisition condition survey of the installed HVAC building services on behalf of a large property investment company for the potential acquisition of the property.
The survey included an investigation of the mechanical, electrical, and lift services, advising on current capabilities, conditions, and long-term suitability for the client’s needs.
